Prescriptions
Our physicians can prescribe medications during consultations, ensuring you receive the treatment you need without visiting a walk-in clinic. Prescriptions are sent directly to a pharmacy of your choice.
Medical Notes
Need a sick note for work or school? Ogaei’s doctors can provide short-term medical notes, so you can focus on recovering rather than waiting in a clinic.
Lab Work
If medically required, our doctors can order laboratory tests, including bloodwork, to help diagnose and manage your condition. Follow-up care and test results are easily accessible through our secure platform.
Things Our Doctors Can't Do
Medical Emergencies
Our services are not intended for emergencies. For urgent medical needs, please visit the nearest emergency room or call 911 immediately.
Controlled Medications
For safety and regulatory reasons, Ogaei doctors cannot prescribe controlled substances, narcotics, or medications with high potential for misuse or dependency including but not limited to:
- Opioids and Narcotic Pain Medications
- Oxycodone (OxyContin, Percocet)
- Hydromorphone (Dilaudid)
- Morphine
- Codeine (Tylenol #2, #3, #4)
- Fentanyl
- Tramadol
- Methadone
- Others, at doctors discretion
Disability & School Forms
We are unable to complete WSIB or detailed school absence forms.
insurance forms and & any type of outside forms
Please note that Ogaei doctors cannot complete certain administrative or third-party forms includes:
- WSIB claims.
- Employment Insurance (EI) or Disability forms.
- External school or Work forms.
- Pre-Employment Medical Assessments.
These forms often require in-person verification or continuity of care with your family physician.
Backdated Sick Notes
Sick notes can only be backdated by up to one week to ensure compliance with medical guidelines.
