Why do I have to pay for healthcare in Ontario?
While many core medical services are covered by OHIP, not everything is included. Ogaei’s subscription covers added-value services that fall outside of OHIP—like free sick notes, prescription management, faster access to non-OHIP-covered specialists, and wellness providers like psychotherapists and nutritionists. It’s designed to give you more convenience, speed, and support in one simple plan.
How much does an Ogaei Care subscription cost?
Our subscription plans are designed to be flexible and accessible for individuals and families. You can view the most current pricing and plan features directly on our Pricing Page. All plans include access to virtual care and wellness support services.
Is Ogaei Care covered by OHIP or other provincial health plans?
Yes, many of Ogaei’s services are covered by OHIP for Ontario residents, including virtual visits with general practitioners and walk-in care. Some services, like psychotherapy or specialist access, may not be OHIP-covered but are available at reduced rates through our membership plan.
Can I use my private or employer health insurance to cover the cost?
Yes, many extended health insurance plans—including Healthcare Spending Accounts (HSAs)—may reimburse some or all of your subscription fees. We provide official receipts that you can submit to your insurer. Ogaei does not deal with insurers directly.
Do you offer family plans?
Yes, we offer family plans that allow multiple members of your household to access our services under a single subscription. This includes dependents and spouses.
What payment methods do you accept?
